Just put together the ingredients for your individual dish at our buffet, the food market, to your heart's content, as often as you like. Choose one of our varied homemade Mongo's marinades for each course: whether mild European or fiery Asian, purely vegan or vegetarian, always gluten and glutamate-free - the choice is yours: there is something for everyone! Our chefs will then prepare your selection at lightning speed and gently in front of you. And the finished dish is served to you at your table with a portion of rice. As an alternative to Mongo's Total, you can also choose from our various Asian main courses à la carte. And in many restaurants, we offer endless tasting with Mongo's Select, even for less hungry guests, where you only pay for what you eat.
