In 2006 Jackie Miller, Ashley Morrison, and Chef Brian Menzel met in a normal restaurant environment at AquaVin that was once opened in Chesterfield, MO. They worked together and got to know each other very well, but little did any of them ever imagine that 7 years later they would all three be joining forces and collaborating to open a restaurant in the heart of St.Charles, MO - Bella Vino! Jackie and Ashley envisioned a restaurant with a style of casual elegance, that is fun and inviting to all accompanied by a diverse, healthy, and unique menu-(which is where they were blessed with Chef Brian’s presence). We are all very dedicated to making our vision come to life and excited to share the experience.
