Restaurante Aizomê Japan House

Aligned with the Japan House proposal of presenting contemporary Japanese culture to the public, the restaurant aims to bring to a greater number of people the various characteristics and pillars of Japanese cuisine in an open, democratic and accessible way. Initially opened as a Japanese restaurant for Japanese people, it was installed in a discreet floor, close to the Japanese consulate and the headquarters of Japanese companies, offering private rooms, spaces worked in wood and a main hall with the classic balcony where it is possible to observe the exquisite workmanship.
