The OskarMaria feels committed to this idea. The cuisine is regionally Bavarian and at the same time refined French, original and contemporary at the same time. The beef comes from Hofgut Polting, it's roasted to taste and the fries are so good you can't get any better in Paris. The cheese is supplied by the Tölzer Kasladen, the vegetarian dishes are fine and complete, not just side dishes - and everything, meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, changes with the seasons.
