Serves with its healthy and enjoyable appetizers and fresh fish in a restored old Sultanahmet house. The best part is that “Giritli Restaurant” was founded by Ayşe Şensılay, the daughter of a Cretan family, and she herself is the “Chef” in the kitchen. He does it himself.
