Río is a restaurant founded in 2017 by María Alejandra Iregui and her mother, María Fernanda Villamarín Molina. He was born in a small house in the Quinta Camacho neighborhood of Bogotá, Colombia, where a gastronomic team arrived and became part of the family. That family grew up together, survived a pandemic and with a group of believing partners decided to take their vision to the next level in Chapinero Alto.
