We value and honor the roots of our cuisine because there is nothing more Colombian than cooking with Colombian products. Mesa Franca was born in 2016 as a place of constant research and creation. A conversation about our Creole, mestizo and indigenous cuisine in which the local national product and its responsible production are disseminated. One difference in our proposal is that the bar is not an addition, but rather a key component. We like flavors with contrasts and peaks, which are found both in drinks and in cooking.
