About
The main house on Kahua Ranch is over a hundred years old. The original house was built around 1870. At that time, it belonged to Godfrey Burchardt. The Burchardts sold it to John Maguire who sold it to Frank Woods. Frank Woods sold it to Atherton Richards and Ronald von Holt. Kahua Ranch was incorporation were signed March 21, 1928.
