Bar Diane is a natural wine bar & kitchen that opened in 2019. It’s all about champagne, spontaneous fermentation, sustainable viticulture, volcanic soil, skin contact and most things sparkling. We like to think of it as technique, terroir and je ne sais quoi. Technique and terroir extends to our nightly menu. Cool hideaway with a patio presenting a large wine list, plus cocktails, small plates & local bites.
