Our unique landmark venue requires production talent and technology that only our exclusive team is able to maximize and deliver to the location's fullest capabilities. We will identify and translate your production needs from the moment you inquire through the completion of the event, providing floor plans, production advances, technical drawings, designs and a full menu of customizable services.

Several parking lots in the neighborhood. The Altman Building team can also facilitate securing a curb-lane permit with the city to provide exclusive parking in front of our building.

The venue has several storage options and we work closely with our clients to make as many accommodations as possible.

We provide a sanitation team to provide cleaning and trash removal at all event. Our venue continuously strides to reduce our carbon footprint at events with better recycling methods and the use of organic cleaning products.

Our venue is fully licensed with a certificate of occupancy and as such, we do not require a TPA. Our venue also holds a tavern license with the State Liquor Authority.

The Altman Building strives to improve our environmental footprint by reducing energy consumption, event waste, and emissions through a broad range of industry leading practices. When we said goodbye to 2022, we also said goodbye to plastic and found a canned water solution through Open Water. @drinkopenwater was started off the basis of eliminating the plastic that makes it into our ocean. Their motto is “More Ocean. Less Plastic”. The Altman building is proud to announce our membership & unwavering support to MUSE amongst a large community of event professionals hoping to produce sustainable events.
