The exploration continues with a progressive cocktail menu inspired by global travels created collectively by the team led by Managing Partner Joe Doose. The menu has evolved over the past six years with the addition of a "Traveling Old Fashioned" category. Find yourself in Manila when sipping Tita Nina, a clarified milk punch with essences of ube and coconut. The small but mighty kitchen helmed by Executive Chef Matt Ayala (Cochon Volant, Evette's) pairs the bar team's cocktails with his take on popular street food.
