Noise Restrictions
Please be mindful of the music volume and other activities during your event to avoid disturbing neighboring properties. The Grand View has noise restrictions to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests and nearby residents. Music must remain at 90 decibels or lower. Music is required to end 1 hour prior to your rental end time to allow enough time for vendor load out and clean up.
Cleaning and Trash Removal
The venue should be left how it was found. All things brought in should be taken out(including things brought in by your vendors) and all trash must be put into a trash can and taken to the dumpster on the west side of the building(we do ask all of your vendors to take out their own trash but if they don’t it is your responsibility to make sure it all gets out of the venue).
Permits and Insurance
The Grand View does not require clients to provide proof of liability insurance for their event, covering any potential damages or injuries. Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the venue or its property during their event. The Grand View requires all clients to provide a licensed and insured caterer. The caterer must provide The Grand View their insurance no later than 2 days prior to the event date.
