We treat all products with the same respect, vegetables are not just a supporting actor but often play the leading role as equal partners in our kitchen. The menu is created in close dialogue with our suppliers because they enjoy our complete trust. Regionality, seasonality, and sustainability are not dogma but a matter of course. When it comes to the selection of wines, we do it the same way as we do with our kitchen - craftsmanship and taste enjoy top priority. We meticulously look for small producers of individual wines that capture the character of the grape, the terroir, but also the winemaker. We follow our passion for natural wines and large, mature wines.
