About

We offer Polish cuisine in an original interpretation. We invite bosses to cooperate resident chefs who, drawing on their experience and talent, present it in a unique form. The menu is based on local, seasonal products that come from from our Agricultural Market in Forteca. Wierzbowa 9, a historic location near the Opera House of the Grand Theatre, in a tenement house which, before World War II, hosted the "Oaza" culinary combine for many years, combining cabaret, dancing, a cafe, a pastry shop and an exquisite restaurant. In 2020, Opasły Tom was chosen by Wallpaper* Magazine as one of the five most beautiful restaurants in the world.
