DAR has a sweet double meaning, in Moroccan it means "Maison", paying tribute to the past 20 years of our new home, and in Spanish it means "to give" which is the most important act we believe in besides love. Spanish and Moroccan are the two pillars of our cuisine but we take inspiration from any tasty corner of the world. The menu at DAR is created to share, the idea that no matter our differences, we all break bread together. Everything from the food to the drinks is plant-based and we are proud to say that the seasons dictate the menu changes for us.
