Simple, fresh, and homemade: these are our three basic principles. We cook exclusively with fresh and seasonal products and prepare everything à la minute to guarantee the quality and genuineness of the dishes. Our focus is on traditional southern Italian dishes as they are served at Nonna's home. We use regional products such as the spicy 'Nduja salami paste, the sweet onion Cipolla Rossa di Tropea, and various types of homemade pasta. The evening menu changes weekly. In addition to pasta, meat, and fish, pizza should not be missing. We prepare your dough according to an old method that requires a slow-rising process that takes place in the fridge. Buon appetito!
