Horostasio is a cultural and entertainment center, located in the heart of Athens’ historical center. Its history, written for over two decades now, began in December 1995. It started as an alternative rock club, loved by its many regular customers. Some of the most influential DJs have played music, whereas many live performances by both Greek and foreign artists have been hosted here. Horostasio was shaped into its current form in the late 2010s, offering a lot of alternative ways of entertainment, covering a broad range of preferences. Horostasio is found in a neoclassic building, dating from the 1920s. On the first two floors, which are operating both independently but also as one single space, you will find the club (1stfloor), as well as the atmospheric 2ύO Bar (Dyo; standing for 2 in Greek – 2nd floor). Horostasio has recently opened its 3rd floor to the public, called the Room, offering the place for various events including concerts, movie projections, markets, seminars, and private events to name a few. Horostasio is also known for its rooftop, Taratsa Bar, a summer destination, perfect for enjoying great music choices along with refreshing cocktails, with a view to Lycabettus Hill. On all of its floors, you will find guest DJs of the Athenian music scene, as well as radio producers or artists, ready to take you on a musical journey. In combination with its friendly and experienced staff, days and nights in Horostasio promise to offer unique moments for all of you.
