Restaurant at the SAT arts space turning out contemporary Canadian fare in a sleek rooftop setting. Following the philosophy of short circuits "from farm to table", in close collaboration with the producers, the chef Émilie Bégin and her team develop a menu that is renewed over the arrivals and consists of seasonal products, mostly organic and premises. Our alcohol menu offers you creative and daring cocktails concocted with products with unique aromatics — a selection of beers and ciders that will introduce you to nuggets of microbreweries and local producers — organic, natural and vibrant wines, representing vitality and renewal of global winemaking methods, a return to forgotten grape varieties, with the desire to drink true and pure.
