A seat at the Bourbon Bar is available daily for hotel guests and diners at JW Steakhouse. With an importance placed on quality over quantity, we carry an ever-changing collection of more than 300 bottles of American Whiskey at The Bourbon Bar. We curate our selection to show the geographical breadth of the spirit, as well as the depth of expression across all styles and eras.
