Garden Room & Courtyard

A charming room and outdoor courtyard great for many different types of occasions. The Garden Room has decorator wallpaper, french doors, wainscoting, drop lamps, and small staging kitchen (includes: sink, counter space, microwave, refrigerator/freezer). The outdoor tiled courtyard features a variety of flowers and a peaceful fountain. No amplified sound allowed inside or outside of this room – bluetooth speakers or small CD players are fine. A great room for weddings, showers, meetings, and parties. No BBQs or open flames allowed in courtyard. Food trucks allowed with Sierra 2 prior approval and must park on 24th Street. Capacity: 50 inside, 50 outside.
