Epur

At Epur, Chef Vincent Farges serves plates that he identifies with, created with the acquired maturity over a career of more than two decades. The plates are demanding and thorough, combining several sources of inspiration: French, Portuguese, and Asian, among others. Each plate is minimalist, with two or three flavors, and everything on the plate has a reason for being there. Epur offers food that makes sense, that is restrained, real, and genuine.
