It is a latent icon, that continues to transform, preserving in its corners legends, visits from celebrities, and countless social gatherings experienced in one of the most exclusive areas of the capital. From 2015 to 2017, a second and ambitious remodeling began. The prestigious Argentine architect Francisco Lopez Bustos was chosen. He was in charge of the renovation and enhancement of this Hispanic architecture from the first decades of the 20th century. Architectural elements of the period were identified that had to be respected and recovered to enhance the original harmony. In the suites, an ingredient of strong visual stimulation was introduced: a gigantography on the headboards where a large mural of motifs taken from the rich Peruvian past is located. The result is a unique experience: the warmth of a classic and lively architecture, with the contemporary air of a cosmopolitan and sophisticated lifestyle.
