The Baladin brewery was born as a brewpub in 1996 in Piozzo, thanks to its founder and master brewer Teo Musso. Initially, there were only a few beers produced and they were only served on tap. Already the following year, when the brewery was opened, Teo thought about the design of the bottle and the new recipes which today number over 30.
