The Bordone LIC is a premier event venue with unparalleled outdoor space in Long Island City. The venue offers panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline, Long Island City, and the Queensboro Bridge. It is available for a wide variety of corporate and private events including weddings, cocktail receptions, banquets, photoshoots, movie shoots, product launches, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, seminars, anniversary parties, and private dinners. The Bordone LIC is an energy efficient building and participant in the Commercial New Construction Program with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). It is comprised of the Main Space and Terrace and Penthouse Rooftop. The venue can be rented in its entirety or by each individual space.

All clients, guests, staff, and vendors who enter the venue, and who are aged 12 or older, to provide proof of at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccination. Proof of vaccination may include: · NYC COVID Safe App: Android | iOS · Excelsior Pass · CDC Vaccination Card (or photo) · An official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S While we understand that the decision to receive the vaccination is a personal one, our priority is the safety and health of our staff and guests. More than 9 months prior to the Event Date, a cancellation fee of $4,000 will be charged & the remainder of the Deposit returned to Client. If termination is received by TBLIC between 3 & 9 months prior to the Event Date, 75% of the Fee shall be deemed earned, retained, and/or collected by TBLIC and any excess deposit held by TBLIC shall be returned to Client. If the event is canceled within 3 months of the Event Date, 100% of the Fee shall be deemed earned, retained, and/or collected by TBLIC.
Our 16-hour rental includes time for set-up, event, and breakdown (doors open at 10 am for vendors and load-out must be complete by 2 am).
COI is required by hired vendors of a 1M general liability.
The Bordone LIC is an award-winning participant in the Commercial New Construction Program with New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) as one of NYC’s green and energy-efficient venues within the Metro area.
