One Eight Distilling produces District Made, a grain-to-glass line of spirits, and the Untitled Experimental series. Located in the Ivy City neighborhood in Washington, DC, the company operates a distillery, cocktail bar, and event space. One Eight’s mission is to produce the finest spirits in the nation’s capital. Outdoor and indoor bar service is back at One Eight Distilling every Saturday from 1 pm - 8 pm in The Still Yard. Enjoy District Made cocktails crafted from spirits made on-site and with local ingredients, or taste through District Made Spirits and Untitled Whiskey flights.
