A Cevicheria
The truth is that you can breathe the atmosphere of A Cevicheria's kitchen in one of the busiest areas of Lisbon, where you can take a little trip to Peru without losing the familiar touch of our flavours.
Who comes and crosses Príncipe Real, does not remain indifferent to the window of A Cevicheria. There are those who walk by slowly to take a peek at the surroundings, there are those who can't resist and the next thing you know, they already have Pisco in hand. Cevicheria was born from the desire to present the traditional Peruvian dish – Ceviche – with a touch of our Portuguese taste. Ingredients as familiar as cod are called to the table, among many dishes inspired by new ways of cooking and enjoying fish. In addition to the South American tradition of Ceviche and Pisco Sour, typical national, Asian and tropical flavors are added. No, it's not the girl at the window of A Cevicheria, but anyone who has visited the space knows well the moment of sharing the traditional Peruvian cocktail. What better way to start a meal than with a toast? Or several! The Pisco Sour sets the tone for a short trip to Peru, even before trying the tasting menu. The typical drink of South American cuisine is based on Peruvian brandy and a touch of lime, in an “addictive” mixture of sweetness and acidity.
