The project led by Oswaldo Oliva aims to highlight the value of Mexican ingredients throughout the country. We seek to create memorable memories where the creativity we bring to the table impacts all the senses, Lorea will take you to explore different flavors, textures and sensations in each menu. Oliva's cuisine combines its years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and a return to its Mexican roots, which has led Lorea to be recognized as one of the 50 Best Discovery.
