Zunfthaus zur Saffran

In the 18th century, the stately guild house zur Saffran was built on the Limmatquai opposite the Zurich town hall. To this day it stands in its original stately form. In keeping with the tradition of the guilds, no expense was spared when it came to furnishing the house. The event location in the middle of Zurich is an exceptional setting for festivities today, as it was then. Aperitifs, birthday parties, weddings, business lunches, banquets, Christmas dinners, readings, auctions and all sorts of different occasions surprise in the unique setting. The exclusive locations in the Zunfthaus zur Saffran are centrally located, business occasions, banquets, weddings, anniversaries and events for 20 to 250 guests can be held in the three halls and in the Ratstube. Stylish furniture and stately table settings are just as much a part of this as the fresh floral decorations.
