There are few places where we can enjoy fresh fish and seafood, among other genuine Algarve specialties, against the backdrop of a deserted island and the ocean as far as the eye can see. Estaminé is the only restaurant on Ilha Deserta and has the perfect conditions for a memorable meal. This is not just a restaurant, it is also a solar energy and drinking water production plant , which supplies the building and guarantees the energy sustainability of the entire infrastructure. We have been collecting flavors, aromas and textures that we inherited from our parents, grandparents and friends, based on the resources that the Sea and Ria Formosa offer us. Because sharing is an important element, this is how we present our specialties, in order to encourage conversation and conviviality at the table. All of our dishes are freshly prepared.
