Specializing in the time honored craft of smoking meats. Breakwater Barbecue started as a dream of owner/pitmaster Wyatt Fields in 2010. Smoked meats were tested and fine tuned in the backyard of his Sunset District home in San Francisco, CA. Recipes were developed and served throughout the Bay Area under "Native Catering SF" from 2014-2019. Dreams morphed to reality as Fields came home to offer BBQ in his hometown of El Granada in March of 2020. A small but dedicated team keeps this hidden gem at the top of the Bay Area BBQ community.
