Convento’s history dates back to the 16th century. From a Convent of monks to industrial purposes, it was later classified as “Heritage of Public Interest”. Since 1989, Convento do Beato has been home to memorable events. Convento do Beato carries a historical component, characterized mainly by the dazzling arches in the Cloister.
