Centrally located in Austin's popular downtown entertainment district, Stubb's Bar-B-Q is a landmark attraction housed in a 19th-century structure that has served as a homestead, a grocery, a used furniture store, a beer bar, and a tavern called the One Knite, still remembered by longtime Austinites. The familiar rock-faced gabled building has been a live music venue for close to 40 years with Stubb's indoor stage, huge backyard, and amphitheater featuring some of the greatest names in music including Willie Nelson, B.B.
