Atelier 1205's gallery space is available for Austin event rentals and as a SXSW venue. In the heart of downtown, this recently restored 1915 bungalow on Cesar Chavez is close to everything. Atelier 1205 is available for event rentals, including during South by Southwest. The main gallery space and side room are perfect for intimate weddings, parties, art shows, film & photo shoots, etc. The entire building can be rented out for SXSW. Centrally located just two blocks east of I-35, Atelier 1205 is accessible by bicycle and public transit. The interior gallery space as well as the front and back patios are ideal for hosting live music.

Availability
Weekdays after 5pm All Weekends
Noise Restrictions
All events seeking to have in amplified noise outdoors will be required to get a permit through the City of Austin.
Cancellations
A $300 cancellation fee will be charged if the event is canceled more than 3 weeks prior to the event. If cancellation is within 3 weeks of the event no rental payment will be refunded.
Load In
Load in and break down need to be included in the rental period.

Cleaning and Trash Removal
Basic trash collections is expected. Standard cleaning services will be provided prior to and following the rental period.
Permits and Insurance
All events larger than 49+, or seeking to have in amplified noise outdoors, will be required to get a permit through the City of Austin.
