Carrer de la Unió, 17, 08001 Barcelona, Spain
It all started with grandfather Antonio, a fair and restaurant waiter. Manolo and his wife, Mari, Antonio's daughter, came to Barcelona from Seville to work. He did everything within the restoration. And he learned. So the couple opened a food bar in Molins: Manolo was the waiter and Mari, who was the cook and still didn't even know how to fry an egg, ended up being a master of Spanish cooking. They had two children and different bars and restaurants. When Antonio retired, Jose, Manolo's baby, started in the hotel business, in a bar they had in La Verneda. All the fish and shellfish that we offer is fresh from the Catalan markets. All the vegetables we use are from local agriculture and are always in season.
