Connection. The joy of a restaurant is the wonderful connections that naturally make everyone happy, including the producers who deliver authentic ingredients from all over the country, the staff members, and the customers. That's it.
Taira-chan has five philosophies: "Japan, Harmony, Heart, Connection, and Five Senses. Japan: Focusing on Japanese ingredients, we also value the Japanese sense of season, as well as Japanese culture and food. Please enjoy oden dishes unique to Japan. Harmonie: The important thing to consider when combining ingredients is to value harmony. Our image is of a dish where you can feel a sense of unity and a surprise. Heart: This is the most important thing when cooking. It goes without saying, but the most important thing is to put your heart and soul into it. We aim to create deep, memorable dishes that will leave a lasting impression on you so that you never forget your original purpose. And sometimes I add a sense of playfulness. Connection: The joy of a restaurant is the wonderful connections that naturally make everyone happy, including the producers who deliver authentic ingredients from all over the country, the staff members, and the customers. That's it. Five senses: By leveraging Japan's four seasons, the flavors of seasonal ingredients, their natural colors, scents, textures, and temperature differences, and collaborating with our services, we hope to provide even more surprises to our customers.
