Over in Amagansett, on the square in the center of town, Wölffer Kitchen goes all in on the coastal American vibe with fresh, healthy, “rosé-inspired” cuisine. Fresh produce from local farms, roasted meats and local fish from the wood-fired oven are served in a warm and inviting dining room with white tiles and a long banquette. If you need a little fresh air, there’s an open-air porch that’s ideal for hanging out with a glass of wine and great company.
