That is my style of cooking, brasserie cuisine. And as Paris is always on the go, at any time of day, I am pleased to welcome families, friends and couples, to offer them a moment of joy in a bright and modern décor. My cuisine now reflects the times we live in: it is sustainable, local and responsible. So yes, my heart beats in time with Paris, I offer the same warmth that you find in shared moments, the same joy of being together and the same love for the French capital. I embrace the culture of keeping things simple but gourmet, whilst paying particular attention to people and the environment. I am Madame Brasserie. As you have surely understood, my greatest passion is offering my guests a moment of pleasure and playing host to Parisians, other French people and tourists from around the world. In this home-from-home which is simultaneously original, warm and sustainable, I hope to cultivate wonderful encounters, joyful conversations and memorable times, all throughout the day.
