Le Chardenoux
At Chardenoux, an authentic Parisian bistro listed as a Historic Monument, Chef Cyril Lignac has created a menu that highlights the true bistro specialties of Paris, without forgetting to include the best of French local products.
Chiselled pewter, moldings and cornices, engraved glass, wrought iron awning. The soul of the century-old café, listed as a Historic Monument, endures while undeniably being part of modernity. The painted ceiling, the centerpiece of the place imagined by the talented Swedish architect-designer Martin Brudnizki, invites contemplation and contributes to the warm atmosphere of the restaurant. On fine days, the sun's rays adorn the terrace with around thirty seats.
