We are two sisters, franco-philippines: tatiana, kitchen chef and katia, sommelière and manager. Our restaurant opened in 2014, it is a french bistro with touch of asian cuisine. We are a team of about thirty dynamic and passionate people with our other restaurant: double dragon Our company is responsible: ecology and people are our priorities. We work with products from organic and/or reasoned agriculture, sustainable fisheries and farm breeding. We prefer direct and sustainable relationships with our suppliers and winegrowers.
