Supervisor of the project, whose goal is to create a new international model of respectful synergy between cuisine and territory, is the South Tyrolean chef Norbert Niederkofler, Head of Culinary Strategy. Horto, with its terrace and internal environments, follows the rhythm of the sun offering its guests a continuous gastronomic experience, which begins at dawn with breakfast, continues with lunch and continues until sunset with an aperitif and fine dining.
