Elegant, sophisticated and surprising, Tora (tiger in Japanese) features Japanese cuisine taken care of down to the last detail, fused with traditional Spanish cooking ingredients and purely Japanese recipes. Tora was born in 2022 with the aim of creating a contemporary Japanese tavern in the capital. Behind the restaurant is the soccer player and businessman Mario Hermoso who with this project launches into the world of hospitality, given his great interest in cooking and gastronomy.
