Deeply inspired by the sublime French gardens of the Carnavalet Museum, he imagined a menu in the form of a delicate ode to plants at the heart of which herbs play the leading roles. Remy Savage, voted best mixologist in the world in 2022, signs a cocktail menu that will echo the chef's naturalist inspiration. Fabula, story in Latin, cultivates its interpretation of table apart.
