Meticulously selected from trusted suppliers, all products, from the simplest to the noblest, are worked in Frenchie kitchens with the requirement of precise cooking, a balance of textures, perfect seasoning. Our wide selection embraces wines from France and around the globe, reflecting the spirit of our international, affordable, down-to-earth cuisine. By opening Frenchie, I created a place where I would have liked to go, and more importantly, return. It's a micro-restaurant, it's intimate, it feels good. The staff is like a small family. Here, it's carte blanche to the product. It is he who guides the evolution of the menu according to the seasons.
