A dream of third generation pastaio Giuseppe di Martino, CEO & President of Pastificio Di Martino (est. 1912), La Devozione is an ode to pasta brought to life in New York City. Translating to "The Devotion" in English with connotations of sanctity and deference, La Devozione is Pastificio Di Martino's coined term for our signature recipe and takes on Italy’s traditional spaghetto al pomodoro. Enjoy either a fine-dining experience at The Oval or walk-in to our casual dining area, A Tavola for seasonal and traditional Italian dishes. Our multi-concept pasta destination includes a retail shop, coffee and cocktail bar, a la carte dining at A Tavola, or a 7 Course tasting menu at the Oval.
