Nighthawk is a kickass basement bar focused on fast-friendly service, music, nostalgic comfort food, & drinks that make you want to dance; plus, we got a pool table. Overseeing the culinary team is our Executive Chef, Johnny Leach, who joins us in Kansas City via Portland, Oregon. The beverage program is led by Kansas native John Deemy. Nighthawk appreciates all genres of music and features live music and DJs, as well as a unique listening experience through custom-engineered, vintage Altec A5 speakers.
