Federico is a pure Roman, having studied Fine Arts. In Rome he was an artist and had a gallery. He arrived in Belgium 5 years ago for love and worked as manager at Caffe Al Dente, and as sommelier at La Gazzetta since the beginning of its creation. He is passionate and exciting. After working these 5 years alongside Lakhdar Hamina, he wanted to get started and open a place of his own. What he loves above all is meeting people, making them happy, and sharing his culture and good products. For him, wine is good when the wine is good, but it's even better if it's natural.
