Beppe and his Cheeses in central Rome was born in 2008 from an idea of Beppe Giovale, an entrepreneur with a family of dairy producers behind him who later entered into a partnership with his friend Jonathan Adesse in the management of the place. Authenticity, tradition and genuineness are the principles which inspire the company philosophy and which have allowed Beppe and his cheeses to achieve important results and certificates of excellence, in Italy and abroad. In 2016 the company obtained the title of best cheese shop in Rome, the activity was also reported on Gambero Rosso and mentioned on well-known sector blogs such as Puntarella Rossa and Agrodolce. Already in 2008 the cheese factory achieved the highest French honor for the production of cheeses.
