Our cuisine remains the same as always, sometimes we revise it a little because we like to contribute our point, but there are dishes that we prefer to remain as before; If it works, we don't touch it. We continue to be passionate about market cuisine, from here next door and, above all, seasonal. Everything tastes better at the time, right? During the hunting season we work – and they say we are not bad at it – on hunting cuisine, and we also contribute our vision, like in a game stew that gives us a lot of joy. We have two areas, our bar part and our living room part, which we have tried to make comfortable and spacious, to feel comfortable, like at home. The decoration is the work of Marta Zarzalejos who has made us elegant, but we believe that it is also cozy and informal, a little like us. On the menu we have stews, rice, pickles or fish and seafood from the market, dishes that have brought us some awards, but for us that you keep coming back thirteen years later is the real success. To celebrate all these years we have been adding small jewels to our cellar, we already have more than 100 labels from different countries, from the most cutting-edge regions and from the great classic wineries. Even by the glass we offer more than 20 references, and we are very proud of a selection that is designed to be shared.
