Yang Kwei Fei (KH-WHY FAY) was an 8th Century Consort of the last Tang Dynasty Emperor Xuanzong. Know both for her beauty and her fondness for alcohol, she is one half of the most famous love stories of ancient China. It is that love that has inspired Kwei Fei, a restaurant concept from Chef David Schuttenberg featuring the foods of western China, and more specifically the province of Sichuan. Attached is our contract and Summer Banquet Menu for Beautiful South. If you see a dish from our regular menu that you would like to have at your dinner, we are happy to make adjustments. We want you and your guests to have a memorable meal. A few things to know about dining at Beautiful South and Kwei Fei: * Everything is served family-style and will arrive to you as it comes out of the woks. We don’t do traditional courses. Dive in and enjoy as it comes! * We make modifications to heat only when it doesn't compromise the integrity of the dish. We're spicy, but sometimes we can tone it down. Just ask your server for the best options. Same with allergies. We'll always do what we can.
