Tobiuo

Tobiuo is the Japanese name for flying fish. Its streamlined body allows its swimming to reach such a high velocity that it breaks the surface of the ocean and uses its elongated, wing-like pectoral fins to glide up to 655 feet. This unique attribute makes it stand out in an ocean full of fish. Like the Tobiuo, we, in a world full of sushi restaurants, choose to be different. We choose to break that ocean surface and refuse to be just another sushi restaurant among many. Our vision and direction are to bring innovative, creative, and unique tastes close to the homes of people out here in the suburbs.
